The Opportunity:

We have a new opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Commercial Property team, based at our Norwich office. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, growing and fast-paced law firm.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have previous Paralegal experience, and ideally will hold relevant legal qualifications for the position.  We will look positively upon applicants who are currently working to achieve these qualifications. 

We are looking for someone with great time management, IT and communication skills, who is an accurate typist (including dictations) and someone who appreciates the importance of attention to detail.  The applicants will enjoy a busy environment and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.  We are keen to find individuals who have a positive "can-do" attitude, who love learning new skills and who are team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.  It goes without saying that we need people who have the ability to build a strong rapport with clients as well as their team, and who will grow personally and professionally in firm that actively put the needs of our people and clients at the heart of what we do.

Commercial Property:

Our vastly experienced commercial property team deals with all aspects of the commercial property sector including purchases and sales, and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants. Whatever the business size, the team provides effective solutions for all property requirements.

The team deals with a range of work from more straight forward property sales, purchases and refinancing, through to advising on planning obligations or the development of new commercial business parks. With extensive experience of all types of business occupiers and landlords, the team also draws on knowledge from across the firm to provide a comprehensive service.
